Returns Policy
Because all of our products ship directly from the factories in China, we cannot accept returns. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Cancellation
You can only cancel your item within 24 hours of your purchase date, This is due to the speed of sending your package out for delivery.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping tracking will be attached to your order or emailed after a few days.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Due to current situations and low stock most items will take longer to deliver then we want, some shipping may take between 20-30 days. We do apologies for this and hope to reduce our time in the future.
